Expo Details

• Expo space is limited. Please limit freestanding exhibits to 6’ or less. Tabletop displays preferred.
• Special requirements, including power, telephone/internet access, may incur additional charges. Exhibitors are responsible for set up/removal of their displays, drayage and electrical/telephone/computer installations.
• Receptions, breakfasts, refreshment breaks and other activities will be held in the exhibit area.
• The online Expo Guide will include exhibitor descriptions, company logos and contact information to be supplied by the exhibitor in PDF format by February 14, 2010.
• Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first -served basis after full payment has been received.
• Exhibitors are encouraged to run a raffle contest with a product or service worth at least $100 value.
• Going GREEN – all Exhibitors are encouraged to provide their conference materials and promotional literature in PDF format by February 14, 2010. Exhibitors may still use paper materials; however we would like our attendees to have the option of “going green”.
• This will be, as much as possible, an Online, Green Conference. Please bring your laptops and battery backups to support your efforts.
