Expo Details
- Expo space is limited. Please limit freestanding exhibits to 6’ or less. Tabletop displays preferred.
- Special requirements, including power, telephone/internet access, may incur additional charges. Exhibitors are responsible for set up/removal of their displays, drayage and electrical/telephone/computer installations.
- Receptions, breakfasts, refreshment breaks and other activities will be held in the exhibit area.
- The online Expo Guide will include exhibitor descriptions, company logos and contact information to be supplied by the exhibitor in PDF format by February 14, 2011.
- Exhibit space will be assigned on a first–come, first –served basis after full payment has been received.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to run a raffle contest with a product or service worth at least $100 value.
- Going GREEN – all Exhibitors are encouraged to provide their conference materials and promotional literature in PDF format by February 14, 2011. Exhibitors may still use paper materials; however we would like our attendees to have the option of “going green”.
- This will be, as much as possible, an Online, Green Conference. Please bring your laptops and battery backups to support your efforts.
